How to Make a Booking

Before requesting a booking of the hall, please consult the on-line Calendar (on the ‘Calendar’ page) to check on availability.

You are asked to confirm agreement to our standard Terms and Conditions, a copy of which can be accessed via the following link: (Terms and Conditions of Hire)

Alcohol permit. If you are intending to sell alcohol during your event you must have a permit (a Temporary Event Notice or TEN) from North Norfolk District Council (NNDC). Go to the NNDC website at and put ‘Temporary Event Notice’ into the search box to access the relevant webpage. You must apply for a TEN at least 10 days before your event.

When you have received your TEN you must tell the Booking Clerk that you have the required permit. The TEN must be displayed during the event itself.
