Longevity fitness classes are non-competitive fun classes. We focus on correct posture, stretching, strengthening and mobilising all our joints to our full potential. This is all done to wonderful music. All ages and abilities are welcome with classes for women and separately for men.
Women’s class is 11.30am – 12.30pm on Thursdays.
Men’s class is 1.00pm to 2.00pm also on Thursdays
